Description:
Every decision made within the marketing department of my library connects back in some way to our strategic plan. I will explain how to make intentional decisions both small-scale and long-term. One of our main goals for 2024 is to build community connections. I will explain why I have prioritized this goal within the marketing department and the ripple effect our increase in outreach has had both internally and throughout the community.
This webinar will be recorded and the recording will be made available to all paid registrants.
