Sponsorship Opportunities

The Library Marketing and Communications Conference (LMCC) is the only event of its kind designed specifically for library marketing and communications. Professionals of all levels in academic, public, and special libraries attend sessions exploring issues important for this niche area, gather giveaway ideas in the Swag Shop, and network with others in their field.

Library professionals leave the conference in a better position to have their messages heard and to have their services well-used and appreciated.   Up to 50% of all sponsor funds go towards support of the LMCC Scholarship Program which offers attendance opportunities to those who otherwise could not attend the conference.  


All sponsors receive the following benefits 

      Up to 50% of all sponsor funds go toward the LMCC Scholarship Program which helps those who couldn't otherwise attend LMCC.

      Listing on the LMCC website and in the pre-Keynote and lunch slideshow.

      Featured in social media posts dedicated to sponsors.

      Staffed table in main hallway to interact with attendees during conference (for levels $300 and up, limit of first 12 sponsors to register.)

      Customized profile in the conference platform, Sched.

    GENERAL SPONSOR - $150

    Our general sponsors provide vital general funds to help us implement LMCC24. Benefits include those listed for all sponsors.

    TABLE SPONSOR - $300 

    Table sponsors provide vital general funds to help us implement LMCC24. Benefits include those listed for all sponsors plus an opportunity to have a staffed table in the main hallway. 

    BREAKOUT ROOM SPONSORS - $1,500 

    Benefits include those listed for all sponsors plus:

    • One of the four breakout session rooms will feature a sign noting your organization is the sponsor of the breakout session room; Ex: "This room made possible with the generous support of YOUR BUSINESS."
    • Sponsor has an opportunity to introduce one session of sponsor’s choice in the room.

    COFFEE BREAK/SNACK SPONSOR - $3,000 

    Benefits include those listed for all sponsors plus:

    • Brand name and logo featured on posters prominently near coffee and/or snack tables.
    • Brand name mentioned in verbal and written references to sponsored coffee or snack break.
    • Logo on screen during conference coffee or snack break.
    • Brand name listed on program as conference coffee or snack break sponsor.
    • Opportunity to give away an item through a drawing during a coffee break.

     LANYARD SPONSOR - $3,000 

    Benefits include those listed for all sponsors plus:

    • Sponsor logo prominently displayed on lanyard worn by 400+ attendees for LMCC24 (Please note: The LMCC logo will also be displayed on the lanyard).
    • Brand name and logo featured on pre-conference social media and website homepage.
    • Conference registration for one attendee.

    POSTER SESSION AND SWAG SWAP ROOM SPONSOR - $6,500 

    Benefits include those listed for all sponsors plus:

         Sponsor logo prominently displayed on all promotions for the poster sessions and swag swap room, including signage outside/near both areas and in Sched, the conference app.

         Featured in a dedicated email blast from LMCC promoting the poster sessions and swag swap room.

         Brand logo featured on pre-conference social media and website homepage.

         Conference registration for one attendee.


    10TH ANNIVERSARY OPENING NIGHT RECEPTION SPONSOR – $7,500     

    Benefits include those listed for all sponsors plus:

         Partner with LMCG event planners to host the opening night 10th anniversary reception for all attendees and including poster sessions. *Note that the cost of the sponsorship covers the food and beverage service for the reception, and is variable until the sponsor and LMCG agree on reception scope.

         Provide remarks at reception and opportunity to be sole sponsor with table interacting with attendees.

         Reception co-branded between LMCC and your organization.

         Conference registration for two (2) attendees.


    SECOND DAY KEYNOTE SPONSOR - $8,000 

    Benefits include those listed for all sponsors plus:

    • Brand logo featured on pre-conference social media and website homepage.
    • Inclusion in social media posts and emails to LMCC subscribers about the second day Keynote Session.
    • Five-minute intro during the second day Keynote Session to promote your business/product and to introduce the Keynote speaker.
    • Dedicated pre-conference email blast to all registrants, sent by the Library Marketing Conference Group (LMCG), to promote your product or service.
    • Second choice for location of staffed table in main hall.
    • Inclusion in Save the Date communications for LMCC25 and early access to information about sponsorship level(s) selection for LMCC25.
    • Conference registration for two (2) attendees.

    PLATINUM LEVEL WI-FI SPONSOR - $10,000 

    Benefits include those listed for all sponsors plus:

    • Brand name and logo featured on pre-conference social media and website homepage.
    • Inclusion in social media posts and emails to LMCC subscribers about opening Keynote Session.
    • Five-minute intro during the Keynote Session to promote your business/product and to introduce the Keynote speaker.
    • Opportunity to lead the pre-conference session at a discounted rate.
    • Named as presenting sponsor for a future webinar, with opportunity to introduce the speaker.
    • Opportunity to give a custom name and password for conference Wi-Fi and brand name mentioned in all references to conference Wi-Fi.
    • Your logo appears on one side of eco-friendly, reusable bags carried by 400+ attendees (The LMCC logo will also be displayed on the bag).
    • First choice for location of staffed table in main hall.
    • Inclusion in Save the Date communications for LMCC25. Early access to sponsorship level(s) selection for LMCC25.
    • Conference registration for two (2) attendees.
