Sponsorship Opportunities

The Library Marketing & Communications Conference (LMCC) is the only event of its kind designed specifically for library marketing and communications. Professionals of all levels in academic, public, and special libraries attend sessions exploring issues important for this niche area, gather giveaway ideas in the Swag Shop, and network with others in their field.

Library professionals leave the conference in a better position to have their messages heard and to have their services well-used and appreciated.   Up to 50% of all sponsor funds go towards support of the LMC Conference Scholarship Program which offers attendance opportunities to those who otherwise could not attend the conference.  


All sponsors receive the following benefits 

  • Listing on the Library Marketing and Communications Conference website and in the pre-keynote and lunch slideshows.
  • Company name and logo featured in Facebook and Twitter posts dedicated to sponsors.
  • The opportunity to support the LMC Conference Scholarship fund. 


GENERAL SPONSOR - $150

Our general sponsors provide vital general funds to help us implement LMCC23. Benefits include those listed for all sponsors.

TABLE SPONSOR - $300 (4 available)

Table sponsors provide vital general funds to help us implement LMCC23. Benefits include those listed for all sponsors plus an opportunity to have a staffed table in the main hallway. Tables are limited to the first 15 sponsors to register.

BREAKOUT ROOM SPONSORS - $1,500 (4 available)

Benefits include those listed for all sponsors plus a staffed table in the hallway (if sponsor is one of the first 15 to register) and:

  • A selected breakout room will feature a sign noting your organization is the sponsor of the breakout session room; Ex: "This room made possible with the generous support of YOUR BUSINESS."
  • Sponsor has an opportunity to introduce one session of sponsor’s choice in the room.

COFFEE BREAK or SNACK SPONSOR - $2,500 (3 available)

Benefits include those listed for all sponsors plus a staffed table in the hallway (if sponsor is one of the first 15 to register) and:

  • Brand name and logo featured on signage prominently near coffee or snack tables.
  • Brand name mentioned in verbal and written references to sponsored coffee or snack break.
  • Brand name and logo on screen in general session room during conference coffee or snack break.
  • Brand name and logo listed on program as conference coffee or snack break sponsor.

MEAL SPONSOR - $4,000 (2 available)

Benefits include those listed for all sponsors plus a staffed table in the hallway (if sponsor is one of the first 15 to register) and:

  • Opportunity to donate branded promo items for a lunchtime drawing.
  • Brand name and logo featured on posters prominently near food/beverage tables.
  • Brand name mentioned in all verbal and written references to sponsored meal.
  • Verbal mention during announcements/comments.
  • Brand name and logo on dedicated slide during pre-keynote and lunch slideshow. 
  • Brand name and logo listed in program as conference breakfast or lunch sponsor.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND LANYARD SPONSOR - $5,000

Benefits include those listed for all sponsors plus a staffed table in the hallway (if sponsor is one of the first 15 to register) and:

  • This sponsorship will enable the conference to support a local photographer to shoot the entirety of the conference and to host a special event where attendees can get new headshots; logo and name displayed on poster in front of head shot area.
  • Company logo prominently displayed on lanyard worn by 400+ attendees for LMCC 2023 (Please note: The LMCC logo will also be displayed on the lanyard).
  • Brand name and logo featured on pre-conference social media and website homepage.
  • Conference registration for one attendee.

SECOND DAY KEYNOTE SPONSOR - $8,000

Benefits include those listed for all sponsors plus a staffed table in the hallway (if sponsor is one of the first 15 to register) and:

  • Company logo featured on pre-conference social media and website homepage.
  • Inclusion in social media posts and emails to LMCC subscribers about the second day Keynote Session.
  • Five-minute intro during the second day Keynote Session to promote your business/product and to introduce the Keynote speaker.
  • Dedicated pre-conference email blast to all registrants, sent by LMCG, to promote your product or service.
  • Second choice for location of staffed table in main hall.
  • Inclusion in Save the Date communications for LMCC24 and early access to information about sponsorship level(s) selection for LMCC24.
  • Conference registration for two (2) attendees.

PLATINUM LEVEL WI-FI SPONSOR - $10,000 -- Our lead conference sponsor

Benefits include those listed for all sponsors plus a staffed table in the hallway (if sponsor is one of the first 15 to register) and:

  • Brand name and logo featured on pre-conference social media and website homepage.
  • Inclusion in social media posts and emails to LMCC subscribers about opening Keynote Session.
  • Five-minute intro during the Keynote Session to promote your business/product and to introduce the Keynote speaker.
  • Opportunity to lead the pre-conference session at a discounted rate.
  • Named as presenting sponsor for a future webinar, with opportunity to introduce the speaker.
  • Opportunity to give a custom name and password for conference Wi-Fi and brand name mentioned in all references to conference Wi-Fi.
  • Company logo appears on one side of eco-friendly, reusable bags carried by 400+ attendees (The LMCC logo will also be displayed on the bag).
  • First choice for location of staffed table in main hall.
  • Inclusion in Save the Date communications for LMCC24. Early access to sponsorship level(s) selection for LMCC24.
  • Conference registration for two (2) attendees.

Sponsor registration deadline is October 16th, 2023.  All sponsors attending the conference are required to adhere to the Library Marketing Conference Group Code of Conduct.  

The Library Marketing and Communications Group does not sell or share the conference attendee list.

Cancellations will be accepted, and refunds granted, through October 16, 2023. Email lcc@amigos.org with any cancellation requests. After October 16, 2023, no refunds will be granted for cancellations.
