    Weren’t able to attend the Library Marketing and Communication Conference in 2025? Or maybe you did attend but couldn’t make all the sessions you wanted? Then join LMCG for this dynamic one-day online event where we'll be putting principles into practice. This conference is specifically curated to feature highly rated sessions from LMCC 2025, offering professionals practical and actionable strategies to elevate their marketing, outreach, and program promotion efforts within the library community.

    This event will be recorded, and the recording will be made available to all paid registrants.

    2026 LMCC Sponsorship Opportunities

    The Library Marketing and Communications Conference (LMCC) is the only event of its kind designed specifically for library marketing and communications. Professionals of all levels in academic, public, and special libraries attend sessions exploring important issues, share marketing and giveaway ideas, hang out together at dine arounds and local tours, and network with others in their field.

    Keep attendees caffeinated: sponsor a Beverage Break with signs prominently displaying your logo on day 1 or day 2.

    Swag Swap Room Sponsor- $3,000, SOLD OUT

    Sponsor the Parkville Room, which allows attendees to share branded swag, flyers, brochures, and miscellaneous items for inspiration. Your logo will be prominently displayed on the Swag Swap room sign.

    Conference App Sponsor- $2,300, SOLD OUT

    Sponsor the LMCC Conference App Sched for all attendees to stay up-to-date on conference schedule information, and chat. Attendees will see your logo when they use the app.

    Roundtable Discussion Sponsor- $5,700, 4 available

    Facilitate a 60 minute discussion with a client on a specific MarComm topic to showcase your expertise & position your brand as a thought leader. Topic must be pre-approved and not a sales pitch.

    Lunch Sponsor- $4,200,  SOLD OUT

    Receive up to 5 minutes of stage time, with slides during the Day 2 lunch and prominent logo placement at the dining location. A LMCG Board Member will introduce your designated representative.

    Have your company's name on one of the four session rooms for the entire conference and give a speech (up to 5 minutes) before introducing the speaker of a session of your choice.

    Sponsor registration deadline is September 12th 2026.  All sponsors attending the conference are required to adhere to the Library Marketing Conference Group Code of Conduct.

    An Exhibit table comes with sponsorship packages starting at $1,500 and up. We will do our best to provide you with the table location you prefer.

    Exhibit table includes: Table 6' long x 30" wide, two chairs, venue wifi access.

    Electricity can be purchased for an additional fee

    All Sponsors MUST register all staff who will attend the conference (this includes table representatives). You can register your Vendor Staff as part of your sponsorship registration (they do not have to register separately through the attendee registration system). Vendor staff are being offered the discounted rate of $300*. Platinum and Gold sponsors receive two free staff registrations for the conference. Registration includes breakfast, lunch, snack/ beverage breaks and the ability to attend sessions if they wish.

    *Limit 10 discounted registrations per sponsor

    CANCELLATIONS

    Cancellations received by October 12 will receive a full refund minus a $25.00 processing fee. Cancellations received after this date will only be granted a refund in case of a medical emergency, which is defined as an event necessitating a visit to the medical emergency room and/or a hospital stay, or a death in the immediate family. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to LCC@amigos.org.
